• Please let us know the timeline for your campaign (888-3252 or unitedway@pshift.com)
• Have each donor complete an electronic pledge form (on our website).   United Way will make a copy for your company's payroll department. 
• If employee is completing a paper pledge form, they should give the card  to your company's payroll department.  A copy should be made for United Way.
• For designation requests, please make sure they are requests we can honor – minimum donation per agency is $100.   Agencies must be 501(c)(3) organizations.
